    My Friend Julie

    Bright blue skies to you Julie my friend...
     
    It will be one year tonight my dear friend passed away.
     
    I left flowers at her grave today.
     
    It was raining.
     
    I felt empty and lost.
     
    Helpless and alone.
     
    One by one they leave.
     
    I miss her.
     
    I miss her hugs.
     
    I miss her toasted bologne sandwiches.
     
    I just miss her so much.
     
    But, as always, there is no end to be seen.
     
    So I turn away and look up slowly.
     
    I cannot forget, yet I cannot keep looking...
     
    But tonight I will look once again.

    Should have bought Crown Royal, you're favourite...
     
    Cheers to you and Billy, now you can sing together in Heaven.
